The Relief Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring product availability through effective up-selling and inventory management. This position is pivotal in maintaining and expanding relationships with large format clients across designated regions while also catering to on-premise accounts. The individual will support renowned Keurig Dr Pepper brands such as 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai, and other popular beverages in retail locations within the assigned territory.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time commitment
  • Start time at 7:30 am until daily tasks are completed
  • Five scheduled shifts each week
  • Weekend work is mandatory (with days off during the week)
  • Willingness to work overtime as required

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote Keurig Dr Pepper brands to achieve growth targets, enhance market share, and ensure optimal distribution while delivering an exceptional customer experience in the absence of an Account Manager.
  • Engage with key stakeholders in assigned accounts to pre-sell products, promotions, displays, point-of-sale materials, and service needs.
  • Design and execute beverage shelf re-allocations aimed at maximizing sales of Keurig Dr Pepper products.
  • Assist in the setup of revamped beverage sections, displays, and the placement of point-of-sale materials in accordance with company merchandising guidelines.
  • Stock and arrange Keurig Dr Pepper products in the designated beverage section, including racks and secondary displays.
  • Support the sale, placement, and adjustment of vendors in chain store accounts; regularly check for proper mechanical function, cleanliness, selection, and product availability.
  • Maintain precise sales records for all assigned accounts, including detailed reports on promotional activities, competitive sales, and space allocations.
  • Ensure sufficient back stock is maintained in each account to guarantee product availability for in-store stocking and merchandising.
