Requirements
  • 2 years of retail experience, preferably in the sweets or confection industry.
  • 1 year of supervisory experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Able to lift/move up to 25lbs independently and up to 50lbs with assistance.
