Facilitate the integration of information into the Experience database from internal communications concerning case outcomes, summaries for surveys, and representative engagements showcased on the website and utilized in external marketing efforts.

Evaluate the benefits of participating in various opportunities and provide recommendations to relevant stakeholders regarding the firm's participation.

Maintain a submissions calendar to proactively initiate the drafting of survey and directory submissions for internal assessment. Ensure alignment of submissions with the firm's business strategies while adhering to client preferences and ethical standards.


Monitor the firm's responses to surveys requesting information about its practices, offices, and attorneys, collaborating with other departments to track responses to non-practice-specific surveys.


Compose engaging narratives that showcase the firm's work and achievements, emphasizing the successes of its attorneys, firm strengths, developments, and client accomplishments. Coordinate the review and finalization of these narratives.

Schedule research discussions between attorneys and ranking publication interviewers as necessary. Draft summaries of these discussions for internal review and distribution. Manage client referee tracking and data maintenance, ensuring attorney approval is secured.


Coordinate and maintain the firm's various directory listings and profiles, including notable publications such as The Legal 500, Intellectual Asset Management, and World Trademark Review.


If attorneys express interest in securing media coverage for case victories, collaborate with the PR agency and team members on external media opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in a professional services setting.


Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with a proven track record in drafting case summaries, press releases, and developing practice capability materials.

Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to organize and manage extensive data, both in physical and digital formats.

Proficiency in Windows-based word processing, database management, and spreadsheet applications.
