Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to investment banking users, resolving issues related to business applications and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including bankers, COO, risk & control, finance, and infrastructure teams.
  • Act as the first point of contact for business support issues, escalating complex issues to senior technical teams as needed.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our business applications, including Salesforce and other CRM tools.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in frontline application support at an investment bank or similar financial services firm.
  • Working knowledge of M&A/Advisory business, with experience of Salesforce or similar CRM tools a definite advantage.
