Key Responsibilities:- Manage the entire loan trading lifecycle, from initiation to settlement, ensuring seamless execution and optimal support to the Front Office.
- Collaborate with the Loan Trading Desk to facilitate the transaction process, providing timely and accurate information to ensure successful trades.
- Oversee Alter Domus, our outsourcing partner, to verify accuracy and completeness in their job functions, ensuring compliance with our work agreement.
- Review and validate loan trading documentation, including Trade Confirmations, Fundings Memos, Assignments, and Clearpar Letters, to ensure discrepancies are resolved before settlement.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, escalating any trade issues and providing timely updates on trade status.
- Monitor and manage high volumes of loan trading closings, tracking data updates in systems and performing reconciliations as needed.
- Process fees, invoices, and silent participations, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Participate in projects to enhance performance and efficiency, providing valuable input to working groups.
- Stay up-to-date with banking regulations and standard practices, as well as LSTA and ClearPar requirements.

Base salary range: $110,000 - $135,000. Natixis offers a comprehensive benefits package and a discretionary incentive award based on company and individual performance.
