About the Role
The Executive Assistant provides critical support to the Chief Talent and Chief Information Officers, serving as a conduit between executives, clients, and partners. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring optimum use of time
- Manage professional calendars, including coordinating conference rooms and creating meeting agendas
- Provide administrative support, including answering calls, scheduling meetings, and processing invoices and expenses
- Process all Accounts Payable for the executives, including managing corporate credit cards and tracking charges
- Perform research, analyze data, and organize information in presentation format
- Coordinate projects, prioritize tasks, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
- Manage and maintain various business records and documents in an organized manner
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Two or more years' experience in an office setting working for senior-level professionals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms
- Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly
- Expert-level written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
