Job Title: ABMS CMCC Training Manager

SAIC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ABMS CMCC Training Manager to support an exciting Air Force program out of Hampton/Langley, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training management, process improvement, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and improve ABMS CMCC processes, procedures, and doctrine
  • Support Air Combat Command leadership in training and operations
  • Develop and implement training requirements and plans
  • Integrate Theater Air Control System (TACS) with Joint and Coalition partners
  • Propose Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) and develop concepts of operation
  • Manage the CMCC readiness program
Qualifications:
  • Must be a US citizen and possess a Top Secret Clearance
  • Minimum of 10 years C2 operations experience as a 13B or 1C
  • Minimum of 10 years DCGS experience as a 14N
  • 2 years' experience within the last 10 years working USAF Training program management
  • 3 years' experience working on an Air Force higher headquarters (HAF, MAJCOM and NAF) staff environment
Desired Experience/Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience as a project and/or program manager
  • Experience conducting planning, execution, and integration support
