Job Title: Senior Program Manager

Psionic, LLC. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the development and marketing of our world-class lidar system applications for Space and Defense opportunities. As a key member of our Business Development and Engineering teams, you will work closely with stakeholders to drive critical programs and activities across our enterprise.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage proposal development, generate proposal response schedules, and oversee proposal reviews.
  • Lead customer-facing programs for electro-optical lidar navigation sensors and systems.
  • Translate client requirements into solutions using Psionic's technology.
  • Define program governance, ensure accountability, transparency, and responsiveness.
  • Plan and execute programs, manage budgets, and control change.
  • Manage risks, identify opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and manage program deliverables.

Requirements:
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
  • Experience with electro-optical sensor development.
  • Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time.
  • BS degree or higher in Engineering or a technical field.
  • Greater than 15 years of program management experience.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
