Job Summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Sales Representative to join our team. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting Integra's Advanced Wound Care products to healthcare professionals and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow existing business within the territory.
  • Provide in-service programs to targeted accounts, including case coverage in wound care centers.
  • Establish relationships with Program Directors, Medical Doctors, and key clinical staff members at wound care centers.
  • Provide consultative services to customers, including product education and support.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track opportunities and activities.
  • Develop and maintain a formal business plan to achieve sales goals.
  • Identify product improvement opportunities for sales, marketing, and product development teams.
  • Maintain high levels of technical, Integra/competitive product, and disease state knowledge.
  • Submit regular reports to sales management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful field sales experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Large territory management experience with the ability to manage time on large value accounts and opportunities.
  • Coachable, lifelong learner with a history of reflecting on performance to improve.
  • Confidence in communicating with physicians and other clinical personnel.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal skills.
  • Physical ability to stand for long hours during cases and lift up to 50lbs.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet credentialing requirements to enter customer establishments.
