Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the activities of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and submit regular project reports, including progress updates, budget tracking, and quality control metrics.
- Collaborate with the project management team to develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of project blueprints, specifications, and requirements.
- Coordinate and manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Superintendent or equivalent role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing commercial construction projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Valid Texas Driver's License (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
- OSHA certification (30-hour preferred).
