Commercial Construction Lead Superintendent Opportunity

A seasoned Commercial Construction Lead Superintendent with a proven track record of success in managing commercial construction projects is sought after by Engen Contracting, Inc. to join our dynamic team of construction professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, coordinate with subcontractors, and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to project progress, safety, and quality.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and develop strategies to address them.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Lead Superintendent or similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing commercial construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques, as well as relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Valid Texas Driver's License (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
  • Acceptable background checks and drug tests.
