Commercial Construction Lead Superintendent

Engen Contracting, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Commercial Construction Lead Superintendent to join our innovative team of trendsetters in modern construction methodologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of commercial construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate construction activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and architects to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Develop and implement effective project management strategies to meet client expectations.
- Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure project progress and address any concerns.
- Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates and financial statements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on lead or supervisory roles.
- Proven track record of successful project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and coordinate between architectural, structural, and MEP designs.
- Experience with project management software, including Procore and MS Projects.
- Valid Texas Driver's License (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
