Commercial Construction Lead Superintendent

Engen Contracting, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Commercial Construction Lead Superintendent to join our innovative team of trendsetters in modern construction methodologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining the highest level of quality.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Supervise and mentor a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Develop and implement safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including project schedules, budgets, and quality control reports.
- Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Lead Superintendent or similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Valid Texas Driver's License (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
