Key Responsibilities:

- Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is properly stored and replenished.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely receipt of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends to provide expert advice to customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
