Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide administrative assistance to project managers, including document handling, assembly of construction documents, and preparation of meeting agendas and minutes.

Additional responsibilities include tracking project-related documents, supporting client relations, and assisting with project financial controls.

The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of contracts, change orders, invoicing, and project work scopes, with the ability to learn company-specific processes.

Under the supervision of the Branch Manager, the Assistant Project Manager will work closely with project managers and other office staff to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of direct experience, and a strong understanding of Microsoft Office and Vista ERP software.
