POSITION SUMMARY:

Join our team as a Part-time Logistics Support Specialist, where each day presents a unique chance to delve into the realm of supply chain management.

Your role will encompass inventory oversight while significantly contributing to business-to-business interactions through the administration of procurement, sourcing, and pricing strategies that effectively cater to our clients' requirements and bolster their operational success.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to:
o Overseeing inventory levels at the branch
o Managing procurement activities, including purchase order processing and backorder tracking
o Estimating and quoting product prices while sourcing items
o Coordinating resources to address customer supply chain demands
o Assisting with accounts receivable functions
o Delivering products using a company vehicle when necessary
o Executing additional tasks as required to ensure the success of the branch

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
The following qualifications are essential for this position:
o Must be at least 18 years of age due to job requirements
o Hold a valid driver's license in the country of employment, meeting all driving record criteria for company vehicle use
o Currently pursuing or possessing a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, or have relevant customer service or industry experience
o Strong written and verbal communication skills
o Proficient in computer applications
o Highly motivated, self-driven, and customer-focused
o Demonstrated strong mathematical skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency
o Proven organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
o Ability to solve problems effectively and make sound decisions
o Embody our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork
o Capable of lifting, sliding, carrying, and lowering packages weighing between 25lbs-50lbs, with occasional weights up to 75lbs
o Successfully pass a required drug screening (applicable in certain regions)
