Key Responsibilities
  • Financial/Marketing: Assist in achieving occupancy and rental goals, maintaining a closing percentage of at least 30%, and promoting our properties through advertising and marketing efforts.
  • Management: Assist in overall operations of the community, promoting positive resident relations, handling resident complaints, and rent collections.
  • Property Appearance/Upkeep: Maintain the property in a neat, clean, and well-maintained condition, ensuring curb appeal, maintenance, cleanliness, and safety procedures are followed.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our residential properties meet and exceed company standards for resident satisfaction, being available on a 24-hour emergency basis when scheduled.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; higher education preferred.
  • 2-3 years of customer service or related experience.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record with company insurance carrier.
  • Reliable means of transportation and ability to be insurable at standard rates for driving.
