About the Job

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a skilled Body Shop Technician III to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and minor repairs on our fleet of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with diesel engines and transmissions.
  • Work with experienced supervisors and master technicians to learn and improve our vehicle maintenance processes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and safe work practices.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in automotive or diesel repair.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
