Your Role:
As a Client Support Specialist on the Business Insurance team, you will be dedicated to delivering prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to both clients and colleagues. Your responsibilities will encompass collaborating with team members to fulfill customer service needs, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail in tasks such as processing changes, rating, and ensuring accurate client data entry.
Ideal Candidate:
We are eager to connect with individuals who possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma is mandatory.
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
- One to two years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Property & Casualty license (or the ability to obtain within 90 days).
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without the need for sponsorship.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience with EPIC, Sagitta, and ImageRight.
