Job Title:
Customer Experience Specialist

About the Role:
The Customer Experience Specialist will work in a challenging environment, ensuring accuracy and providing seamless service delivery. The role involves answering client questions, resolving problems, and deepening relationships through digital solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify client needs and recommend solutions when fraud has been identified
  • Record data accurately during client interactions
  • Escalate items requiring risk review or further analysis through appropriate channels
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and implement into conversations with speed and accuracy


Requirements:
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities


Compensation:
This role is compensated with an hourly pay of $24.00 - $27.06, offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set.
