Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at LanceSoft, Inc. as a Merger and Acquisition IT Project Manager. This role will be responsible for assisting the project team in the integration/divestiture of the Seller's/Buyer's IT technologies to/from Client through the use of standard Client applications and tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, quality, and scope of project.
  • Liaison with Stakeholders: Liaise with stakeholders in both selling and buying entities, including Business Partners, Technologists, IT vendors, Business Analysts, and end-users regarding project requirements.
  • Project Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation according to the Client project management life cycle guidelines.
  • Project Planning: Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track the progress of the project, including scope, critical success factors, deliverables, work breakdown structure, project schedule, budget, quality, resource plan, stakeholder management, and communications.
  • Risk Management: Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks and report and escalate risks leadership as needed.
  • Project Reporting: Prepare project status reports in coordination with the other PMO members.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5-7 years of project management work experience using PMBOK guidelines.
  • Education: BS in business administration or project management with 6 years working in a global manufacturing company in FDA regulated environment.
  • Certifications: ACP, SCRUM Certification, PMP, PgMP, Prince II, SAFe, or equivalent.
