Key Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee the overall operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and equipment maintenance.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, adhering to our company's Voice of the Guest standards.
  • Staff Management: Train, hire, schedule, discipline, and terminate employees in the best interest of the company, in accordance with company policies and best practices.
  • Financial Management: Manage labor, food, and inventory costs to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction meet company standards.
  • Maintenance and Upkeep: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the dining areas, kitchen, and exterior grounds of the restaurant.
  • Payroll and Compliance: Approve semi-monthly payroll and ensure restaurant compliance with State and Federal regulations.
  • Business Development: Develop operational, marketing, and business plans in conjunction with owners or board of directors.
  • Performance Management: Complete monthly self-assessments and perform annual performance reviews of restaurant employees.
  • Security and Safety: Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy restaurant environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in restaurant management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
