Job Summary

  • Review and process service requests submitted by customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide clerical support, including maintaining files and records, and preparing routine correspondence and documents.
  • Collect, verify, and enter data into our system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Operate standard office equipment, including computers, printers, and phones.
  • Assist in the preparation and proofing of materials for reports and other publications.
  • Interact effectively with staff, customers, and other stakeholders to complete work in a cost-effective, efficient, and safe manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
