Job Title: Transportation Project Manager

Axiom Path is seeking a highly skilled Transportation Project Manager to join our team in Lexington, KY.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead transportation and aviation civil engineering projects from development to closeout.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality control and assurance measures are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, including Kentucky Transportation Cabinet and Federal Highway Administration regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Kentucky or ability to acquire within 6 months.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in transportation and/or aviation civil engineering, with a focus on road and airport-related projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microstation Design platforms, particularly Open Roads.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Valid driver's license for occasional travel to project sites.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Kentucky Department of Aviation (KDA) and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) design and grant processes.
  • Knowledge of KDA and FAA design and grant processes a plus.
