Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date records of all fixed assets, including acquisition, disposal, and depreciation.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular physical inventories of fixed assets and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Reporting: Prepare and update asset schedules and reports for financial and audit purposes.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS).
  • Collaboration: Work with finance, procurement, and operations teams to track asset movements and ensure proper documentation.
  • Capital Expenditures: Monitor and review capital expenditures to ensure accurate capitalization and depreciation.
  • Audit Support: Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in asset management.


Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
