Manufacturing Manager

Ultra Clean Technology Systems & Svc Inc is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Manager to join our team in Austin, TX. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing all production-related issues for the site, including managing day-to-day manufacturing activities, setting priorities, and overseeing factory performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all production-related issues for the site.
- Oversee factory performance in terms of on-time delivery, quality, and cost.
- Develop and implement manufacturing process improvements.
- Work closely with support organizations to resolve customer issues and expedite closure of material shortages.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of directly related manufacturing experience, preferably in the semiconductor capital equipment industry.
- 3+ years of directly related engineering experience, preferably in a lean manufacturing environment.
- Proven team building and personnel development experience.
Working Conditions:
- Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment.
- May involve exposure to moderate noise levels from printers, faxes, and computers.
