Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor

At Dover Fueling Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of manufacturing processes to ensure proper product functionality and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes to maintain product quality and reduce costs
- Lead and direct the work of assigned manufacturing technicians
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business optimization and transformation
- Provide technical guidance and support to manufacturing engineers and technicians
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and drive lean methodologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing assembly line environment
- Strong project management skills and experience with lean and six sigma tools
- Ability to lead and direct a team of manufacturing technicians
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
