Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Operate a cash register to conduct transactions, including opening and closing procedures and daily deposits.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including restocking items and ensuring health codes and safety standards are followed.
  • Prepare and serve food, ensuring portion control and food quality to minimize loss.
  • Collaborate with the food service team to achieve sales growth and provide excellent guest service.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of previous experience in food service or a related field and a willingness to receive training.
  • Possess a kind personality, the desire to contribute to a great team, and a willingness to learn or improve skills.
  • Ability to display a professional, engaging, and polite image to guests and team partners.
  • Ability to work effectively with a team in a fast-paced, efficient environment.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, and perform these operations using units of American money.
  • Ability to provide a flexible schedule to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
