Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue growth targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at government agencies and prime contractors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in government contracting sales or business development
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share
- Strong understanding of the DoD landscape and ability to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
Compensation:
$200K base salary + incentive compensation, with the potential for equity participation.
