Job Title: Guest Service Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Guest Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations and personnel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Operations:
    • Supervise store operations and personnel in the absence of the store manager
    • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide a high level of customer service
    • Ensure quality buying experience for customers
  • Store Maintenance:
    • Maintain store safety and appearance
    • Maintain store cleanliness inside and outside
  • Inventory Management:
    • Order and receive merchandise
    • Maintain cash and inventory control
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Make daily bank deposits
    • Review end of day reports and assist in preparation of daily paperwork
    • Audit cashier paperwork
  • Employee Development:
    • Coach employees for excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Ability to work unsupervised
    • Flexibility to work varied shifts
    • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Frequent bending, lifting, reaching
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
    • Ability to move quickly around the store
