Job Summary

This role involves providing administrative support to the partners, managing their schedules, maintaining files, drafting documents, coordinating meetings and appointments, and handling correspondence.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a similar environment, strong initiative, ability to exercise sound judgment, work independently and make decisions on behalf of attorneys.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for attorneys
  • Assisting with legal research and preparing client reports
  • Managing billing and invoicing for legal services
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and documents
  • Handling client inquiries and requests

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work with different personalities in high-pressure situations, and possess strong administrative and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and juggle multiple priorities.

A competitive compensation package is available, including base salary, annual bonus, medical, dental, vision, 401K match program, vacation and sick time, paid holidays, career growth programs, and more. The estimated salary for this position is $110,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience.
