Position Overview:
The Clinical Training Specialist for Physician Services is responsible for overseeing the educational programs within the department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for new hires and existing staff.
- Facilitate onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide instruction on customer service excellence and effective use of VHCPG EMR.
- Collaborate with Operations Directors to strategize and manage all clinical training initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Education:
Must hold a valid Virginia nursing license. A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, while a Master's degree is highly regarded.
- Experience:
Preferred candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with physician office operations, workflows, and electronic medical records is essential. Candidates should demonstrate outstanding customer service skills, adaptability, and proficiency in public speaking and communication. Experience in educational training and development is advantageous. Current BLS certification is required.
