Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Strategic Agency Partnership Manager to enhance and propel our media agency expansion across North America. Reporting directly to the VP of NorAm Agency Partnerships, you will be instrumental in fostering scalable business development by managing relationships with key growth agencies, engaging with various teams including executive, operational, social, and activation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement a comprehensive strategy aimed at agency growth to boost spending and platform utilization.
  • Generate revenue growth through strategic alliances with agencies, evaluated by increased sales, market share, and agency spending.
  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities through effective pipeline management to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
  • Navigate and cultivate relationships within complex agency structures, including C-Suite, Investment, Client Leadership, and Social Activation teams.
  • Establish and maintain robust connections with key agency stakeholders and social teams.
  • Encourage long-term collaborative partnerships with local agencies.
  • Effectively communicate and present to agency C-Suite and social activation teams, articulating the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the platform's value proposition and the evolving needs of both new prospects and existing clients.
  • Guide and collaborate with agencies to effectively pitch new business, positioning our solutions as integral to their services.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and business development within ad-tech or media agencies.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, and Google, along with knowledge of self-serve platforms, auctions, or programmatic ad products is advantageous.
  • Experience in the NORAM region is preferred.
  • Understanding of SaaS ecosystems and their value propositions.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong ability to connect and engage with diverse audiences, including C-level decision-makers, ideally possessing robust agency contacts in the region.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal cross-functional teams including product, marketing, engineering, and customer success.
  • Proficient in building and maintaining strong relationships with agency C-Suite and social activation teams.
  • Solid understanding of agency services, their business models, and their roles within the media and creative sectors.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to travel across the NORAM region for meetings and industry events.
