Responsibilities
Some Sales Experience Preferred; additional training will be provided. As a HomeTeam Customer Engagement Specialist, you can expect to:
- Engage with New Homeowners - connect with homeowners in your designated area to drive sales, including door-to-door outreach, emails, mailings, and phone calls.
- Receive warm leads to assist in your sales efforts.
- Participate in paid training and obtain necessary licensing.
- Utilize patience and persistence to cultivate long-term relationships with homeowners.
- Demonstrate independent motivation and organizational skills.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
