Job Title: Executive Assistant to General Counsel

Our legal department at Versova Inc is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Internal General Counsel. This role is critical in facilitating the efficiency and effectiveness of our legal operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Internal General Counsel's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison between the Internal General Counsel and internal departments, external partners, and clients.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents related to legal matters.
  • File and organize legal documents and ensure all legal files are maintained in the company's document management system.
  • Assist in the preparation of board meetings, including the drafting of agendas, collecting and distributing materials, and taking minutes.
  • Manage, track, and report on the status of legal cases and projects.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Assist with legal research and compiling reports as requested.
  • Oversee the management of legal department expenses and budget tracking.
  • Coordinate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth operations within the legal department.
Requirements:
  • High School Degree or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Understanding of law and legal procedures.
