CBHC Clinician CCS, Fee for Service

We are seeking a dedicated Clinician to join our Community Behavioral Health team at Eliot. As a key member of our CCS program, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality services to individuals in need.
Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based short-term therapies and interventions to individuals, focusing on problem-solving, skills training, and modeling behavior.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and the CCS/CBHC Team to develop and implement treatment plans that are culturally competent, strength-based, and promote recovery.
- Ensure that each individual is actively involved in their treatment planning process and their preferences are respected.
- Provide individual therapy to assigned clients and/or families within the context of the CCS/CBHC Team, treatment plan, and approved EBPs.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Rehab Counseling, or related field, or a Doctorate in Psychology from an accredited university/college and licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Excellent diagnostic skills, competence in crisis intervention, and engagement strategies.
- Ability to establish rapport with a wide range of clinical presentations and knowledge of community resources.
Schedule: TBD, fee for service. Flexible hours.
Hourly Rate: $40/hour
