About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Master's Level Clinician to join our Community Based Services division. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with our youth and families, providing a range of community-based services including home and community-based family therapy, in-office therapy services, and crisis intervention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide culturally competent, trauma-informed clinical services to youth and families
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team to provide comprehensive care
  • Provide consultation to collaterals, including schools and medical service providers
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a mental health field
  • Licensed or license eligible (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or LMFT)
  • Fluency in Spanish and ability to provide clinical services in Spanish
  • Ability to create and implement treatment plans that demonstrate a clear understanding of the client's cultural background
