Job Summary

The Licensed Clinician will provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy and crisis intervention services to individuals with psychiatric and/or developmental disabilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Complete diagnostic intakes, treatment plans, goals and objectives, transfer/discharge summaries, and progress notes for assigned caseload.
  • Provide individual and/or family counseling with clients on assigned caseloads.
  • Coordinate services and collaborate with internal and external providers.
  • Provide case management, care coordination, advocacy, and individual and family support to assigned clients.
  • Participate in clinical team and/or weekly supervision meetings.
  • Maintain client records according to regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in social work, psychology, education, or counseling.
  • Massachusetts state license preferred.
  • Experience working with people with mental illness and/or developmental disabilities.
