Job Summary

The Cultivation Specialist will provide critical support to the cultivation department, adhering to laws, rules, policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. This role requires manual labor and attention to detail to ensure the growth and production of our plants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform physical, repetitive agricultural work, following directions and taking instructions from supervisors
  • Repetitive climbing on a ladder or working on an elevated platform
  • Watering and treating plants
  • Filling pots with soil
  • Pruning plants

Requirements

  • Highly motivated and able to work well in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Punctual and able to meet deadlines
  • Cultivation experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to handle organic matter daily and wear PPE as appropriate
  • Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 lbs to a minimum height of 5 feet
  • Must be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods
  • Must have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as reading and visual inspection
