Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Flynn Panera. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding leadership to your team, maintaining high standards of restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and facility management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager with daily operating procedures, including maintaining café operations, ensuring product quality, and maximizing financial contributions.
- Supervise the development of Shift Supervisors and hourly café team members.
- Ensure a positive and productive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Ability to stand and exert mobility in a fast-paced environment for up to ten (10) hours in length.Frequent reaching, bending, squatting, and stooping.Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds repetitively.Language
