A leading health services organization in Connecticut is seeking a board-certified ENT specialist to join their team at one of their facilities in New Haven County.

Responsibilities:
The ENT Specialist will:
Examine patients presenting with ENT, head, and neck-related issues, utilizing advanced diagnostic skills to identify potential problems.
Diagnose and treat conditions such as ear infections, sinusitis, sleep disorders, allergies, and voice disorders, employing evidence-based practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Perform surgical interventions when necessary, including but not limited to, tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, myringotomies, and cochlear implantations, demonstrating expertise in ENT surgery.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as audiologists and speech therapists, to plan treatment and follow-up, fostering a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
Educate patients on the preventative measures and treatment options related to ENT disorders, promoting patient empowerment and autonomy.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of all patient interactions, adhering to industry standards for documentation and confidentiality.
Stay abreast of the latest developments in the field of otolaryngology to provide the highest standard of care, ensuring the delivery of cutting-edge treatments and services.
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited medical school (M.D. or D.O.)
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
Valid, unrestricted Connecticut medical license or ability to obtain
Valid DEA registration
Controlled Substance certification
