Client Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and career-minded individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative at Image360 Tucker. This is an onsite full-time position that offers a competitive annual compensation package ranging from $38,000 to $42,000.
The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently as well as with the group. They will be responsible for generating customer estimates, handling phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing general office duties.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the print/sign industry and be able to market products, solutions, and services to previous and current clients. They will also be responsible for creating informative social media messages, managing posts, updates, and engagement on relevant sites.

Responsibilities:
- Learn our CRM software, CoreBridge, and be able to create estimates and orders
- Answer phone calls within 2 rings, identify clients' needs, and provide solutions to assist with questions and/or order needs
- Respond to web requests
- Place phone calls and/or emails to follow up on estimates
- Contact between our production and clients to ensure customer satisfaction, and that jobs are completed in a timely manner
- Market products, solutions, and services to previous and current clients
- Assist in creating informative social media messages, managing posts, updates, and engagement on relevant sites
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Sign or construction estimating experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
- Knowledge of the print/sign industry desired
- At least 2 years of business-to-business sales and/or customer service experience desired
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional, upbeat, and outgoing with excellent people skills
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently as well as with the group
