Job Title: Behavioral Intervention Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join Manchester Public Schools as a Substitute Behavioral Technician. The ideal candidate will have experience in student support services, with a passion for creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

About the Role:
The Substitute Behavioral Technician will work closely with teachers, staff, and students to provide individualized support and implement behavior interventions. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing situations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individualized support to students with behavioral challenges
* Implement behavior intervention plans to promote positive behaviors
* Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and program effectiveness

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in student support services
* Strong understanding of behavior intervention techniques and strategies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
