Position Overview: ECM Holding Group Inc is seeking skilled Controls Technicians to join our team. This role involves extensive travel to various job sites across the country, with all travel expenses covered by the company. Below is a typical work schedule:

Work Schedule:

  • Sunday: Home
  • Monday: Home
  • Tuesday: Travel
  • Wednesday: Work (10 hours)
  • Thursday: Work (10 hours)
  • Friday: Work (10 hours)
  • Saturday: Work (10 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute the installation of energy-efficient refrigeration motors and control systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to ensure project completion within designated timelines.
  • Conduct certifications for chemical fume hoods, kitchen exhaust systems, and other ventilation devices.
  • Install advanced control equipment for refrigeration units.
  • Coordinate communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and project alignment.
  • Manage project budgets, reporting any discrepancies promptly.
  • Facilitate client training and warranty processes.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year of experience with HVAC systems and controls.
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC operations and environmental control systems.
  • Understanding of electrical systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel for work assignments.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to bend, twist, and climb as needed.
  • Capable of maintaining balance while working at heights.
  • Ability to kneel, crouch, and perform repetitive motions.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and use hands for handling tools and equipment.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary ranging from $35 to $45 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, health savings accounts, life insurance, disability benefits, a 401(k) savings plan, and employee assistance programs.
