Urgent Job Opening: Roofing Expert Leader Wanted

Bartlett Roofing is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Roofing Expert Leader. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship in our roofing installations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet daily with the Quality Control Representatives to assign installs, provide leadership, and empower your team by creating a positive culture.
  • Lead the Quality Control Representatives and ensure all jobs are properly managed, maintained, and finished promptly.
  • Oversee and complete all installs needing a final inspection.
  • Work with the Market Production Manager to ensure all new Quality Control Representatives are properly trained.
  • Schedule all final inspections for the Quality Control II Representative & ensure they meet with customers after roof completion to walk them through their new roof, address any outstanding issues, and complete a Certificate of Completion.
  • Ensure jobs requiring a final inspection are completed within a prompt timeframe of 4 days or less.
  • Coordinate with the Scheduler and crew if/when there is a shortage of materials on the job to ensure the job is completed.
  • Upkeep company vehicle, making sure it stays clean with no excess materials staying in the truck for more than a week.
  • Verify all QC trucks registration is kept up to date.
  • Work directly with the Market Production Manager to understand all expectations of the QC team so we are properly servicing our customers.
  • Assist with crew management and determine issue resolution with customers and crews.
  • Safeguard our customers' properties throughout the construction process by ensuring the installation crew(s) avoid any damage to items such as gutters, siding, landscaping, driveway, etc.
  • Manage team members' time cards, PTO/sick time requests, conduct performance reviews, and one-on-one sessions, and verify all team members' company property is up to date in ADP.
