Facility Technical Manager

The Facility Technical Manager position is a critical role within Innovative Renal Care, responsible for ensuring the overall technical maintenance of our dialysis facilities. This position requires a high level of expertise in supervising technical employees and exercising sound judgement in applying professional knowledge to solve complex problems.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of technical employees to ensure efficient and effective maintenance of medical equipment and facilities.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for alternative water supplies, working closely with the medical director and immediate supervisor.
- Conduct regular in-services for facility staff on relevant topics, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties safely and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with Federal, State, OSHA, HIPAA, and other regulatory agencies, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Act as the facility's Safety Officer, identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
- Participate in all facility surveys and CQI program, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in dialysis, with a minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience in a medical/technical environment.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
