Lynkwell, a leading EV charging technology and e-mobility company, is seeking a skilled Technical Implementation Specialist to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

The Technical Implementation Specialist will be responsible for providing remote technical support to internal and external stakeholders, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing customer expectations. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, document, and prioritize customer issues using internal tools and raise to internal teams and stakeholders as required.
  • Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders, incorporating updates to training materials and methodologies.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions, occasionally after standard business hours.
  • Manage customer expectations and the customer experience to improve satisfaction across all company touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with Architects and Developers to provide technical design guidance and evaluate strategic decisions.
  • Provide feature explanations to Network Partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist developers in troubleshooting integrations, debugging, and resolving issues.
  • Create or improve processes and procedures, and develop additional support practices for incident prediction and prevention.
  • Interpret and translate goals into technical specifications, delivering thought leadership on specific technologies.
  • Leverage business and domain acumen to interpret and translate architecture plans to business plans.
  • Build trusting relationships with vendors and third parties as appropriate.
  • Participate in and inform the validation and qualification of third-party equipment and software systems.

Requirements and Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience supporting high-value clients and internal teams with complex technical problems.
  • General knowledge of database concepts and an overview of how data is stored and relates to each other.
  • Basic understanding of general software engineering concepts like servers, databases, and message queues.
  • Ability to gauge technical complexity and involve different technical resources to resolve issues quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated skill in Customer Support or Customer Service in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and advance customer issues, as required.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Experience working with scripting languages and Web Architecture Principles.
