The Ocean Marine Division is seeking a P&C Underwriter to support select books of business. This role is based in our Cincinnati, OH office and offers a hybrid schedule. The ideal candidate will have 6 months – 3 years of experience underwriting commercial P&C lines, with a strong focus on property and auto.

Key Responsibilities
  • Risk selection/rejection, pricing, retention, and profitability per divisional objectives
  • Independent judgment and initiative to support business goals
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Analyzing coverage and limit requests and deciding what terms to offer

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, with coursework toward certification in area of expertise preferred. Compensation varies by role, position level, and location, influenced by skills, education, training, certifications, experience, and the role's scope and complexity.

Our Total Rewards package includes medical, dental, and vision plans, PTO, paid holidays, commuter benefits, an employee stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, paid parental leave/adoption assistance, and a 401(k) plan with company match. Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
