About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Le Creuset UK Limited. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales and service goals, and contribute to the store's success through role modeling brand standards and motivating the team.
  • Partner with the Store Manager to implement strategies and tactics to drive positive business results, and support the team in achieving personal sales and KPI goals.
  • Coach and develop the sales floor team to improve performance behaviors, and identify and leverage partnerships that benefit both the community and store.
  • Maintain visual standards, store merchandising practices, and operational activities, including banking and payroll, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
  • Prior retail sales and supervisory experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical requirements include the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time on the sales floor, climb on ladders, lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS/laptop/handheld systems.
  • High School Graduate or equivalent, and must be 18 years of age.
