JOB SUMMARY:The Assistant Store Manager is a naturally charismatic leader with exceptional service and sales acumen and a passion for our brand As a leader, you will be responsible for driving sales objectives, maintaining and achieving high operational and merchandising standards and goals, building highly motivated teams and developing associates to the next level. The Assistant Store Manager reports to the Store Manager. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create an engaging customer experience that focuses on building relationships through the connection and relation of our brand and brand values.
- Recruit, retain and develop a unique talent pool through continuous daily networking and interviewing prospective candidates.
- Coach and develop successful associates for growth.
- Provide positive and constructive feedback, resolve all concerns.
- Maintain frequent communication with the Store Manager.
- Lead by example, create strong morale and continually motivate team members to meet store targets and other KPI’s.
- Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly reports, Suggest and implement business plans that will increase profitability.
- Assist with monthly one on ones with individual team members to ensure the team understands expectations and areas of improvement should any apply.
- Assist with receiving and processing shipment.
- Drive business through sales strategies, clientele, sourcing new customers and maintaining ongoing productive relationships with customers.
- Consistently follow company-wide policies and procedures to maintain brand consistency and protect company inventory and assets.
- Complete store administrative work and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Understand organizational objectives and make decisions that align with the company priorities and values and is able to communicate needs directly to the store manager.
- Ability to effectively maneuver around the store and backroom, repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, squatting and climbing.
- Other responsibilities as assigned to role.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 lbs.

- Minimum of 2+ years management experience. (Retail Management is a PLUS).
- Must have own transportation to and from store and offsite storage unit.
- Valid drivers license.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities with a track record of attracting, developing, and motivating top talent, swiftly adapting to change and leading others through fast paced environments.
- Full understanding of service excellence in a consumer environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving attitude.
- Proficient in basic computer operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours including morning, mid, evening, weekends and holiday shifts as business dictates.
